We bring you a roundup of the biggest topics that dominated your social media conversations today. No alterations, just straight out of your mouths – or fingers.
Insecure much, Trump?
It’s been barely 48 hours since fans of Oprah Winfrey began to suggest a 2020 presidential campaign would be a great idea for the media doyenne and for America.
Apart from being “intrigued” by the idea as disclosed by her close associates, Oprah has yet to declare any such political intentions but
little President Trump is already fidgety.
In a meeting earlier today, Trump iterated his relationship with Oprah but pointed out that he would win her in an election, if she were to run.
”Yeah, I’d beat Oprah. Oprah would be a lot of fun. I like Oprah but I don’t think she’s going to run. I don’t think she’s going to run. I knew her very well”, Trump bragged.
#30BillionConcert multiplies Davido’s millions
Weeks after his famed #30BillionConcert that had over 10,000 people in attendance and a number of historic moments in tow, Davido has revealed the amount of naira generated from the show.
With tables that sold for a million naira and a jampacked hall, we’re far from surprised about Davido’s claims of making half a billion naira from the event.
Or did he exaggerate the numbers? 🤔
Public Service Announcement!!!
We found this on Twitter and we think you should watch it and be super aware:
A passenger, carrying two brand new iPhones for a friend was stopped for customs check at the Dubai airport. He now faces trial, years in jail or death penalty. It is sensible not to carry anything for anyone, especially if it is a sealed packet and you cannot see what is inside. pic.twitter.com/GMBudo1c4Y

Two lessons here: Be extra sensitive and learn to say NO.
Temi Otedola tweeted about her stolen credit card and this happened
Fashion and lifestyle blogger, Temi Otedola…
Or if you prefer: daughter of Nigerian billionaire, Femi Otedola expressed her frustration via Twitter after she found out someone had hacked into and was shopping on the internet with her credit card. We all know how difficult that can be for the victim.
But these Nigerians have no sympathy for Temi and it’s for one reason. Her father is one of Nigeria’s wealthiest businessman and money should never be a problem.
Oh there’s something else… she’s in a relationship with Mr Eazi, Nigeria’s loosemouthed but talented singer.
So here’s this Twitter user’s response to Temi’s complaint.
If you know, you know!
